Once completed Podium Property Group will contact you to confirm this reservation. The property will only be placed on hold and contracts prepared upon the receipt of the transfer receipt number evidencing payment of the holding deposit to the sellers solicitors trust account. The holding deposit is fully refundable should the buyer not sign contract or should a contract not proceed.
