Director
For more than 20 years, Ben has accumulated vast experience within the property market, working in the
commercial and residential sectors.
Ben’s comprehensive understanding of the market has enabled him to successfully guide developers
and builders on the acquisition of development sites accompanied by advice on the design of the correct
product mix. Ben is solution focused and passionately invested in achieving his clients’ project delivery goals.
Ben is experienced in executing marketing campaigns which deliver premium results that lead to low risk settlements.
Richard Mulligan
Director
Starting in 2005, Richard has delivered excellent results in project sales and prides himself on his outstanding stakeholder engagement.
Having worked in varying market conditions, including rising and deflating markets, Richard has a deep understanding of minimising risk and seeing projects through to completion when resources are limited. Richard’s ability to understand and successfully deliver projects for his developer clients comes from his diversified expertise and commitment to exceeding client expectations. He has delivered his own projects as well as multiple projects for fortune 500 companies in a consulting capacity at a big 4 accounting firm.
Belinda Omar
General Manager
Belinda launched her career in the project marketing industry in 2007 and has since worked on some of Queensland’s most iconic projects, partnering with multiple consortiums to drive projects from inception to completion. Belinda brings a wealth of industry knowledge and technical expertise to assist in establishing high value standards and outcomes. Recognised for her diligent and dedicated approach to deliver the most for her clients, Belinda is driven by her ability to be transparent and insightful while supporting customer requirements. Belinda’s capacity to provide efficient operational support, strategic direction, flexibility and her attention to detail ensure our clients are always taken care of.
Tom Derlagen
Acquisitions Coordinator
Completing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development at The University of Queensland Tom has 7 years industry experience specialising in residential acquisitions, project marketing and sales. Having worked for Brisbane and Gold Coast based builders, Tom has developed considerable knowledge of the residential market in South East Queensland through delivering new builds and multi residential projects.
Mary Ocoy
Executive Assistant
With 14 years of experience in customer service and office operations, Mary has a proven track record in senior-level executive support and project management. Mary’s philosophy cores around what role she can play in helping her colleagues find and accomplish solutions with high efficiency. Mary joined Podium in 2017 and has been actively supporting the leadership team, its partners and clientele.

Abby has extensive experience as an executive assistant and joined Podium in 2021. A person with strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm makes her a valuable addition to the team.
